jeff sharp Jeff Sharp AIPD MSAEC (Managing Director)
Jeff has a multi discipline background amounting to over 39 years experience, covering Licensed Premises, Commercial, Healthcare, Education and Residential.
Jeff has always had a very comprehensive technical knowledge of the construction of buildings after completing his ONC and HNC in Building and Building Construction he also managed to make his way to the forefront of design within the Leisure Industry often being head hunted, he has spent many years overseas running large hotel construction contracts.
He founded BDA 20 years ago and since then has seen the practice successfully grow and build a solid reputation for giving its clients an excellent service and a sound solution to each project from concept to completion. Jeff is a member of the Association of Professional Designers (AIPD) and the Society of Architectural Environmental Consultants (MSAEC).

scott fairley Scott Fairley BA (Hons) Arch (Director – Architecture & Interior Design)
Scott studied for his BA (Hons) degree in Architecture at Greenwich University which has earned him the RIBA part 1 Architect exemption.
He is also a qualified Architectural Technician who has worked in excess of 15 years within the architectural and interior design sector. Following successfully completing an OND and HNC in Building Studies (Architecture) he has spent time working with 3 private Architectural Practices and has gained invaluable experience by carrying out a wide range of architectural & interior design commissions of various size & contract value, along with project management on site.
He also spent over a year working at Southend Hospital NHS Trust as a project designer and was responsible for the design, budgeting & running on site of in house alteration & new works to the hospital site & it's many satellite clinics & buildings.

warren sharp Warren Sharp (Director – Project Management & Technical)
Warren has spent the last 15 years working in the architectural industry. He has accumulated 11 years in private practice carrying out many projects from the feasibility stage to handover. Warren spent two years working for Southend Hospital NHS Trust as a project designer / manager and carried out many projects of various size, on time and on budget and it was here that he acquired his knowledge of Project Management.
Warren has gained the City and Guilds Qualification for Computer Aided Design and subsequently as a result of this and his experience using the various programmes he has forged an exceptional understanding of CAD and is directly responsible for BDA's state of the art technology and provides in house support. He has also spent a period based at Southend Borough Councils Offices providing CAD training to Local Authority staff.
